The Biblical story is a story of faith in formation. From Noah, to the Psalmists, to Jesus and the disciples, the story of faith in God is the story of being formed, over the span of a lifetime, into the image of God.

Just like the Biblical story, the story of our lives together at FBC is a story of faith in formation, both individually and communally. Our hope is that each thing we do at FBC contributes to the formation of our faith in God. From Sunday School and youth group, to covered dish meals and mission trips, everything we do has the potential to draw us closer to God and to each other. Christian formation, over a lifetime, is more than learning facts about God, Jesus, and the Bible. It is about discovering and rediscovering who God has created us to be. It is about letting the life of Jesus form our identities and guide us as we continue to write God’s story in our homes, our community, our nation, and our world.
